It's finally friday! whew! what a week with NOMAD rehearsals and tests..

Had NOMAD rehearsal yesterday. It was diasterous i should say.

For the finale, Mr Ng told us that we would be given mics. But it turned out that only 2 out of 8 of our singers are given, and 1 wasn't working properly. Which means that we can only hear 1 singer singing.

The musicians from the band also had problems. We [the singers and their instrument partner] are standing so far from each other! obviously, we couldn't hear each other.

What's worse, the parade square had walls surrounded and echo would be heard. So, u would be hearing the actual beat slower.

What i can say is, thank you Mr Ng for ur wonderful idea to have NOMAD in school.

In the end, the rehearsal ended at about 10pm. Reached home at 10.30pm and i still had the study for today's tests.

By the way, i wasn't trying to be mean. But i'm just merely stating the facts. Sorry if that sounds a bit rude!

Had E-Maths Coordinate Geometry and Variations test today. Was quite alright. Just managed to finish the paper right on time.

After school, it was rehearsal with the band musicians again. We kind of managed to work out the sound already.

That's great news i suppose. But we haven figure out the costume yet. I guess everyone had forgetten about it.

Oh yah, Mr Ng 'xia suay' me again ! He did it yesterday and he did it today again!

Last night, during the rehearsal i was trying to que Dave to come in for his part. Since we were standing so far apart and the timpani was playing loudly, it was no use shouting.

So, i had to use giantic hand gestures to convey my message to him. and what Mr Ng did was to say this out in front of the whole group.

Today, he assign me a job to que the singers to stop for a particular part. I couldn't get it right for the first few times but soon get the hang of it.

Then, he just kept looking at me and i had to use my scores to cover my face. I wonder what's on his mind. haha.. kidding.

Overall, it was a fun rehersal lah..

My class chalet is tomorrow, but i dun know if i'm going. Mum still doesn't know about it. Moreover, everyone i ask says 'dun know' if they are going. So, i guess i won't be going then.

Okies, i gotta rest! Or else my dark circles would come out again!
